  • 1 pound Cubed Beef Sirloin 
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes 
  • 1 cup of any Type of Vegetable you want each
  • 1 cup Beef Stock 
  • 1 Garlic Clove 
  • 1 diced Green Onion 
  • 2 spoons Olive Oil 
  • Seasoning (Sea Salt, Ground Pepper, or anything you prefer) 


  • Season the beef, then add some oil in your skillet and add the beef. Keep stirring until they’re browned on each side. 
  • Set aside the beef, then add your vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes. 
  • Pour beef stock into skillet, then add the beef cubes. Let it cook for 5 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the beef is tender. 

Grilled Lamb Burgers with Avocado Sauce

  • 1 pound of Ground Lamb 
  • 1 minced Garlic Clove 
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill

  • 1 minced Shallot 
  • Sea Salt, Pepper, Pepper Flakes, Oregano 
  • Lettuce Leaves (for the bun) 
  • 1 Avocado 


  • Create your sauce by mashing an avocado with any spices you desire and 2 tbsp. Of lime. You can blend it until smooth, then refrigerate. 
  • In a bowl, combine all your spices and fresh herbs to the lamb meat, and mix well. 
  • Form small patties and grill it for 4 minutes on each side.

  • 1 pound Beef Cubes 
  • 2 cups Fresh Mushroom 
  • 2 cups Beef Stock 
  • 2 minced Garlic Cloves 
  • 1 diced Onions 
  • Sea Salt, Pepper 


  • Add some olive oil in your casserole pot and fry the onions and garlic until golden. 
  • Season the beef cubes and add them to the pot. Brown them on all sides. 
  • Add the mushrooms and stir everything together. 
  • Add the beef stock and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Keep checking your beef if it’s tender enough. If it still needs more time, add more stock and let it simmer until your sauce reduces. 

Tex-Mex Stuffed Peppers

For a Tex-Mex fiesta, this recipe is perfect! Stuffed vegetables are always a tasty dish, and stuffed peppers are easy to make and super delicious paleo recipe. 


  • 1 pound Ground Beef 
  • 1 diced Onion 
  • 1 minced Garlic Clove 
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste 
  • 1 diced Carrot 
  • Seasoning: Sea Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Bay Leaves, Paprika
  • 4 Bell Peppers


  • In your pot, add some oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden. 
  • Add the ground beef and stir until all browned. 
  • Add the seasoning, carrot, tomato paste, and canned tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. 
  • Cut the top of the peppers and remove seeds. Fill each pepper with ground beef mixture and cover it with the top again. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the peppers are cooked.
